We had a room in the Chalet, it was beautiful. It needs a coffee machine in the room as we were in a separate building so had to head over to main building to get coffee. Breakfast was fabulous! It is very close to restaurants and Interlaken.

The staff here are so kind and helpful! They let us store our bags on the day of checkout, helped us plan our activities and lookup pricing, and let us extend our stay by one more day. The room was gorgeous with a double balcony and an incredible view of the mountains. The complimentary breakfast was great as well. There’s a direct bus to interlaken as well as a train. I would highly recommend this place when traveling to interlaken!

We had a lovely stay for 4 days. Breakfast was good. We had a fantastic view of the mountains and the staff were lovely. Catarina was extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay. Couldn’t fault it, highly recommend.

could not recommend a better spot to stay. be aware- it’s at the top of the hill so if you plan to bus and walk your luggage to the hotel it’s a lot! but SO WORTH IT. we had a balcony room with the most amazing views ever and all the farm animals. I felt like I was dreaming. 10/10 so happy to be stayed here and would literally spend a lifetime here if I could

The breakfast is really good but the room and hotel itself is outdated. This hotel is located at a top of a hill in wilderswil so each day we had to walk on an upward hill for 10-15 mins. They do not offer pick up shuttle which I think would’ve made our experience a lot more enjoyable. If we had known, we would have not booked as it’s very far from the closest bus stop and scary at night. Our room (deluxe premium) did NOT have air conditioning so please be aware before booking.
