I asked lots of questions and got all my answers with kindness and very helpful responses. I got a late check out and a 20e voucher for the two rooms. Value for money. "Nice modern hotel with comfortable beds. Seems to be that nobody told me that room cleaning was by request only- I didn’t see any pre-notification about this nor was I warned at check-in - poor show when you come home from a day out and your wet towels are still on the bathroom floor from morning and the beds are not made. I also notice that hotels.com list airport shuttle as one of the amenities available - but that is just not true, although terminal 2 at the airport is a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast had most things you would need to start your day, the waffles in particular are really tasty."
