The staff was really nice, the rooms had everything you needed (minus a kettle- but you can get coffee downstairs). The hotel is right next to the train station and there is a huge sign pointing in the direction to walk in the train station (never saw that before :D). Pet friendly and my dog said she enjoyed her stay too.

I loved the location (right next to the main train station). Next, the automated check-in was fast and easy … I even was able to check-in early. The hotel was very clean and the room was large. I would absolutely go back for a quick trip to Frankfurt.

Great location. Directly across the street from train station and Underground station. Clean room, very quiet. Staff was very friendly. Great bar area to relax at end of day. Only negative, the room was too hot. I had to leave the window open to cool it off.

The room should have been cleaned after 3 days of our stay but the room was still not cleaned when we left on our 6 day. All of the staff are very helpful & freindly. The beds were very comfortable infact they were excellent. The room has a fridge which was great. We will stay in this hotel again we were impressed.

I did my check in using the kiosk which is very convenient. The hotel is next to the main train station so going to the airport is easy. The hotel room is not cold enough for me even though I set it to the minimum temperature.

The room was spotless, the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is PERFECT! I'm so glad I chose this hotel! My daughter and I will be returning to Germany as soon as our schedules allow and we will definitely be staying at this Intercity Hotel location! The only con we could possibly even have is that the room is very warm, but we noticed that most of the buildings we went in were pretty warm so it must be the norm there.
