So the owner tries to save a buck and do everything himself. He mans the front desk when you can find him or you just stand there and wait for 30 minutes or more for him to appear. He cleans the rooms so you have to go around the property and find him just to check in. The breakfast is absolutely horrible and dirty. We had a full 30 minutes left to get breakfast and the supplies ran out, we rang the bell for him to replenish and he stormed out of the back room and said he was sleeping and was very rude. He made a pot of coffee, didn't replenish any food and went back to bed. Unbelievable !!!. I wouldn't stay here again if the rooms were FREE. Travelers BEWARE. DO NOT STAY HERE. 71st street out front of the hotel is very noisy also, so don't expect quiet at all.

We didn't eat breakfast there. Accidently chose a smoking room and we do not smoke so that was no good. It was quiet easy to park not far from Wichita which is where we spent our day visiting.

Room didn't look clean...spots on the carpet. Stains on towels. Breakfast area was not clean. No one was around to refill breakfast items. I had to call the front desk to get someone to refill the milk pitcher and make more coffee.

Room they gave us was already assigned. Walked into an occupied room. Staff apologized said he had forgotten and gave us a diffrent room. Room was dirty. The carpet had obvious signs of filth. The bed covers had not been washed had food stains. I did not feel safe with my children. We had booked a second night. We left to another hotel the next day. Will never book again.

Very clean hotel for price

Had a hard time with them taking the zip virtual card but got it done with them finally. They need to be explained a virtual is a virtual card and not a physical card in your pocket.

Affordable hotel

The room was comfortable clean and spacious The problem we had Was we walked into our room at 9 pm it was 105 degrees in our room There was no A/C on It was so very hot we had two rooms burning up we had take cold shower cool off It took till at least after midnight where it was cool enough to sleep They should had ac set on at least 80 degrees on a 100 degree day of rooms pre rented We made reservations days ago way in advance We almost left it was unbearably hot So I would never stay here again because of bad experience with A/C Affordable hotel but I rather have paid more and been cool comfortable

When we got into the room it was hot. A/c or fan weren’t on. It took all night to cool room. The room smelt like cigarette. I don’t think the guy gave us a non smoking room. Two towels in the room very bad service.

A pleasant little surprise off the grid
