Upon check-in at the hotel, I was asked about my request for a removable showerhead. After a little discussion with the host, I decided that if the room was accessible without a removable showerhead that I should be good. After getting to the room, which was very nice, I discovered that the shower would not suit my needs. I immediately called the front desk, explained the situation, and they gave me a fully accessible room with the removable showerhead. Although I originally said that it wouldn't be a problem, the staff did not get rude, irritated, or treat me like an inconvenience. They were very nice and accommodating. I don't remember the name of the gentleman who originally checked me in, but he and Lizzie made me feel welcomed. I absolutely love this place!

The hotel is nice as is the parking lot and hot tub area. The casino is nice minus the fact that they let people smoke cigarettes inside, ao being a nonsmoker it is absolutely disgusting. The food in the restaurant wasnt worth the price, i thought it was going to be legit food, not really.

Room and staff were great, disappointed in the quality of the hot food items. It was not mentioned, at least obviously thay the hotel was connected to a Casino. That could be good or bad , it just should be highlighted in the listing.
