We had the worst experience at Spark by Hilton in Wichita Falls .We booked the rooms online , and we got to hotel pretty late. We couldn’t check in because of some random privet policy, that I’ve heard for first time .The lady at the front desk was very rude , and we barely cancelled our reservation .I’m honestly very disappointed!

They over booked our room (supposed to sleep 4) and put us in a room that only slept 2. They tried to charge us another $82 to “upgrade” to another room that slept 4 with smaller beds. Breakfast was just cereal and bagels, watered down orange juice. I expected better for a Hilton. The whole stay was uncomfortable.
