Dirty bed

When we arrived in the room the bathroom at 2 roaches running on the floor. Killed those then went to lay down in the bed. Moved the pillow and there were black hairs all over the bed. Even under the fitted sheet. Told the desk clerk and he brought a flat sheet to put over the dirty sheets. I asked for all clean sheets so that I could just make the bed myself.

Roaches… run. I read a review hotel used to be a super 8 & it was turned into a best western… well let me say it’s only appearance. It’s half appearance of BW with touches of old hotel like old toilets.. roaches. I killed 3 roaches & 1 was in my luggage. Disgusting. Don’t recommend

Had to switch rooms because it smelled like mold/meldew and couldn’t breathe. Second room was better but still smelly. The floors were also dirty. The staff was wonderful though.
