The staff were very friendly and had wonderful customer service! The hotel is in a great location, coffee, & food were also great! Took a star off because our room and the entire 3rd floor smelled really funky! Maybe mold or something had been wet? Not sure!

No breakfast, dirty bathroom floor and toilet, no towels, low water pressure, shower spray wand not working, hard bed. Room looked nice but could use some deep cleaning. Expedia rating is incorrect which is what I used to select this hotel. Should be lower. Sounded like a race track outside most of the stay

The hotel was very accommodating, staff exceptional, location perfect… the only problem was the mattress was horrible! The sofa was way more comfortable and may want to look into updating the bathroom, also. But first take care of those mattresses… terrible!!

Room was clean, and though we were missing some towels and extra sheets for the pull-out, they were brought right away when we asked. Staff was courteous and helpful. We arrived about an hour before check-in, and the staff allowed us to use the pool until our room was ready. Hotel was well-maintained and quiet, even though it was quite full. We would definitely recommend it!
