My daughter lives in this area just new to the area actually. Every time I go visit her, I now stay with this property. They are exceptional in every way, and are always accommodating to my needs. I feel safe, secure, and very peaceful when I stay there. The staff is very, very kind.

The staff was friendly. Our room was really dirty. There was hair in the shower, on the towels, on the hair dryer, and on our sheets. We also had stains on our sheets. The floors didn’t even look vacuumed. We didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping in there. There were dead bugs in the hallway on the stairs as well. The pool says it’s open until 10, but it was closed when we got there around 9.

We had been in the car for a while when we got to thw motel, of course we wanted a shower. My boyfriend got in the shower to realuze there were no towels in the bathroom so he had to dry off with the hand towel. I asked the house keeper for 2 more towels the next morning when she was in the hallway. She said, she didnt have any on her cart. We were leaving to visit family, I didnt have time to wait. The breakfast was free, i am glad for that because it wasnt very good. The BED was hard as a rock we both haf sore backs the next day. An employee said that hed try to get us another room, never heard back about that. It looked way better online than in person. It did serve its purpose and i am thankful for that.

The only concern I have is there were no towels in our room. A lady with staff said they were running short on towels that she would bring some by our room in 30 minutes but so far we have not seen her ? She did give my wife one towel, no wash clothes or floor mat for the shower ? The dead bolt on the door does not work very well. Have to get it just right to make it work ?
