Young lady was nice, but what followed was not. I needed to get some work done during the night but your WiFi was designed not to be obtainable. Have someone who wants to retain loyal guests see if this abomination is to save money in some way or just used to drive off guests. Have already lost too much time and sleep trying to negotiate how you managed to complicate the simple. Don’t call or contact me. Just put some executive eyes on this.

We actually did not end up staying because the front desk woman was so incredibly rude and hateful when we tried to check in (after we finally found her!). She had the worst attitude, wouldn’t look at us but just immediately started yelling, like we were bothering her by trying to check in. The entire place smelled like marijuana as well, so we decided not to stay. We felt unsafe with her yelling and the weed smoke .

The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure you’re stay is all that you want. They make sure you are comfortable, safe, and a clean and quiet room. They are all very friendly, especially the lady that tends to the food and the breakfast. I’ve stayed there many times, and she by far stands out above all staff. She is very friendly and very accommodating.

Clean rooms, beds were comfortable (pillows were thin though), breakfast staff was friendly and food and drink offerings were good. Definitely an older property that can use some updating and small repairs, but everything was clean and seemed cared for.

The room was great as usual! But when the person I was traveling with unexpectedly decided to check out a day early I was forced to also. She got her money refunded. I didn’t have a phone to call Expedia, so I couldn’t request a refund. The woman at the front desk said she would call for me. I guess she didn’t, because I haven’t heard. 🙁
