Staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite. Room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was awesome and fits 2 people easily! The furniture was nice enough. The "kitchenette" was largely underwhelming. The suite is located at the end of the hall so very quiet. Good parking for being downtown and a number of plug ins for the vehicle which was a bonus. It was -33 the morning I left so my rig might not have started if it wasn't plugged in. I have stayed in this building over the years under different names and management and give the Sternwheeler a solid 4 stars as of March 2026.
