Bring house shoes if you plan on staying here. The property is run down, outdated, and only superficially cleaned at best. The front desk attendant seemed far more interested in her phone conversation than in welcoming my family. I would never have booked this hotel had I known what to expect. Upon check-in, we were met with at least 15 posted rules that made it clear the hotel is often used for drugs, parties, and late-night activity. Outside, a sign even read “staff carry guns” — unsettling, to say the least. The parking lot foot traffic made us uneasy about even leaving our vehicle there.
Save yourself the stress and spend the extra $10–$20 to stay somewhere else. Beware.
