My experience renting a one-bedroom apartment at this property was one of the worst I've ever had. It was an absolute nightmare from the day we moved in until the day we left.
The property charged us for parking, but it was valet-only parking. Every time we needed our car, we had to submit a request and often waited up to two hours before it arrived. Because of these constant delays, my son was late for work on multiple occasions.
When we first arrived, the apartment was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned before move-in. To make matters worse, the valet service damaged our car several times. We reported the damage to management, but no one accepted responsibility or offered any assistance. It seemed like every other day we discovered a new scratch on our vehicle.
There are many more issues I could mention, but they simply won't fit in one review. Our entire two-month stay was stressful, frustrating, and disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, and rent somewhere else.
