It's nice to know that you can always find a decent Marriott managed hotel anywhere. Nothing specific, but clean, with a comfortable bed and no noise coming in even though it's not too far from the road

No toiletries in bathroom. No lining in trash baskets in room. They also gave us an adjoining room which we did not ask for. (we had a king room). We let it go. Happy it was quiet on the other side. Breakfast was limited and not that great. It was very crowded due to a bus trip of some kind. Other than that, the grounds and hotel were very clean and staff pleasant.

Great hotel and location.

I was happy with everything except for two things 1) The room smell wasnt too good. Luckily i had room spray. 2) During my stay I was delivered a letter that said they would be painting outside my room the next morning and that I would need to keep my blinds drawn and the AC off. I didnt really like that. I think as a paying guest they shouldn't be working outside my room while I was staying there. It was also a warm weekend and the AC was needed. Luckily, we were planning on checking out early that day. Everything else was great though.

I sent an email to the property manager and have not heard from him. While we were staying at this hotel, there was maintenance either on the outside or windows by our hotel room. We returned one day to see a worker perched on scaffolding outside our window and removing paper that apparently covered it while working outside. We would have liked to have known about this so that we could either close curtains/drapes or request another room. We would have welcomed a notice or conversation about the work being done outside our hotel room window. When we checked out the representative at the front desk offered the managers card and explained that there should have been a note under our door. (We did not get one)

Their website says check in time is 3:00 but then sadly when you get here they say 3:00 is not guaranteed. One man at the front desk was rude about it and spoke to me very condescending but another man helped us finally get checked in. We had an event to get to so check in at 3 was important to us! Stay here often and all is good so was disappointed with the front desk this time!
