The staff was fantastic. It was an easy check-in and get into the room. The water got hot quick. Everything worked out very nicely. Felt pretty clean. The beds felt great. Most important thing to me is the bed and it was very clean and easy to sleep. They did a great job with the blackout curtains as well.

Beds are just ok- we like them a bit firmer - TV remote needed battery but was too late to go looking for them. Finally, take the restaurant menus out of the rooms if the selections are available any more - it was buffet only for breakfast and apparently for dinner as well

Our room was very much in need of renovation. When you walk down the hall on the first floor, you can smell, stale, moldy smell. Also, we were awakened in the morning by two of the maids, right outside our door, talking very loudly and laughing loudly. Also, the coffee in the lobby was cold. Overall, it was not one of the best days I’ve ever had.

After a long day tried to sleep. Mattress collapsed down to the frame. It was in horrible condition. Spoke with front desk manager and it appears they replace the mattress only after my complaint. Hotel is okay but seems to be a run on a small budget.

My daughter and I wanted a comfortable place to hang out and spend some time together in a cute area. Our plan was to watch a movie in the hotel room in the evening. But the TV was an SD model that had no connection to the internet. I thought that was standard in nice hotels these days.We had to watch the movie on my computer. Also the bathroom had an old tub/shower that dripped. The showerhead was sub-par. A disappointment
