This is the brand I usually stay in so I thought I had nothing to worry about. Turns out it appears that there was some water damage from an upper floor which resulted in black mold on the ceiling and the wall in two corners. Also the bed was noisy and the mattress lumpy. Didn’t sleep well.

The phone in the room didn’t work (front desk was made aware and it was not repaired), the toilet seat was loose (I repaired it), the breakfast was mediocre, the lamp at the desk didn’t work (I loosened a lightbulb), and the curtains didn’t close (I used a hanger to keep the curtains together).

Heater was WAYYY too loud and would turn off and on every 10 minutes. Carpeting was bending up at the tile seams, so we tripped multiple times. Conditioner in shower was empty/in need of refill. Breakfast bar could have used knives and honey

What an amazing staff you have. Christina thrives at customer service and made check in a breeze. 2 things in the bathroom were broken, toilet paper holder and a leaking sink. that was no issue with us at all as we requested to be far away from folks as to not disturb after our concert at The Capitol Theatre let out. We called a minute after entering the room to let her know about the issues and she wanted to send someone up but we were not worried but didn't want to be held accountable. She was so considerate and felt like a friend from home. Thank you for the popcorn, cookies, and coffee. Y'all made our stay epic! Also, we are now rewards members!
