Greet each beautiful Tennessee morning at this bright, polished studio at the Baneberry Inn in the Smoky Mountains. This is a place to spend your days out on the waters of Douglas Lake and your evenings sipping coffee or cocktails on your very own shaded patio.

This studio is located on the first floor of the Baneberry Inn, a complex that sits mere minutes from the I-40/I-81 interchange. You'll have access to a fitness room, a game room, a grilling and picnic area, and laundry facilities.

The area is teeming with activities to do together, and all only a short drive away. Bring your clubs and hit the fairways at White Pine Golf Course, or for something closer, try the nearby dog park or boat ramp for a fun day on the water. Take daily walks to Douglas Lake, a 30,400-acre expanse that's wonderful for kayaking, boating, and fishing for crappie and largemouth bass. A pier, a boat ramp, a restaurant and bar, and fantastic opportunities for hiking, cycling, rafting, and whiskey tasting are all close by as well. You'll be an easy drive from Great Smoky Mountains National Park (26 miles), Sevierville (32 miles), Dollywood and Pigeon Forge (36 miles), Gatlinburg, and Knoxville (both 43 miles).

As you enter the studio, you'll find a generous amount of space and light, with sliding glass doors that open to the patio. When you're not grilling in the picnic area, there's a well-equipped kitchenette (with a mini-fridge, a microwave, a two-burner stovetop, and a coffee maker) to assist with quick snacks and meals. In the evenings, play cards at the dining table, stream movies on the smart TV, and use the free WiFi to map out upcoming adventures.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
