We visited in January the room was clean, warm, bed was comfy, hot water with good pressure. 1764 Resturant has good food. The only issue was we were near the game room and it did get loud.. if we stay again I’ll ask not be near it. All and all it was a pleasant stay.

It was actually a really good trip but three things stood out. 1. The coffee was cold at 9 am. 2. She asked when I checked in if we wanted housekeeping services and then we never got it (not a big deal, the only thing that really meant was the bed never got made and we could have used an extra towel). 3. After breakfast they just threw all the dining room trash bags on the front steps of the lobby for some reason. The bed was really comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice and we enjoyed our meal at the adjacent restaurant. The breakfast was definitely your typical midrange hotel breakfast but that was fine for us. We didn’t need more. I probably would be more frustrated about the coffee except my favorite coffee shop in the world is in Lincoln, NH so it just gave me an excuse to go out and get my maple lattes. Overall I think it was a good deal for the price.
