We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! They were very accommodating and even offered to keep the pool open later if my kids wanted to swim. We arrived right before it was closing. Close to everything, great location with a restaurant on site.

Over all we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the staff pleasant and accommodating. We did not use the pool. The building is very close to the road which could be noisy at times. The diner next door and the burger place across the street were very convenient and very good.

Staff was lovely. Great mom and pop feel. No crappy answering services just real people. Location is good. Unfortunately those were the only things we really liked. Biggest complaint was the cleanliness. There were multiple kinds of bugs that seem to be infesting the pipes, including silver fish. That's a bit of a deal breaker for me.

The owner was very friendly. Very basic lodge with a perfect location to everthing. Could walk across the street to a great restaurant. My 2nd time staying there to ski Loon Mountain.
