Overall an average stay. Was accidentally charged for valet parking which I caught and was thankfully reversed. Swimming was a bit cooler than other heated pools in Whistler. On our second night we decided to go to the hotel restaurant but it was blocked for a party. It would have been nice to be told about this at check in so we could plan accordingly. The full kitchen in the regular king room was a fantastic perk. Overall I would return.

Room 454 had some deficiencies. The main one was that the toilet tank kept filling every 10 minutes which was annoying, especially at night when trying to sleep. There was a couple of other minor things that should have been fixed before they put someone in the room. The lame thing is the hotel was pretty empty (Nov27 to Dec3)and they could have put us in proper room. Staff was great, but as usual, it seems like they care a lot more than the management.

Overall, the stay was not up to my standard for the price that we paid for room. It was one of their obviously get rid of rooms. Bottom corner, weird entrance didn’t match the photos in the description online. Also, the room is ready for a long period of time and the staff never contacted me to tell me that I was ready to move into it. Overall, the experience was lackluster. I wouldn’t recommend the Westin or staff anytime soon.
