I had an amazing time. I checked in after midnight and was great by Andrew. He was so pleasant and answered all my questions with care and concern. The property is beautiful kept. Every morning I was greeted by housekeeping staff and they always had a smile. The room was clean and spacious. Everything is located within walking distance and with the shuttle we didn’t have to get in the car once. Special shout out to the shuttle driver. Thank you for excellent service and plan on coming back for a longer stay.

We were put in the wrong room initially. Once I noticed that the room is different from what we booked we were switched over. The bed was so uncomfortably hard that my partner ended up with back, neck and shoulder problems that kept him from snowboarding on any of the trip. He is still in pain and now having to go see a doctor. I myself ended up with severe lower back issues as well. When we compared our bed to the bed of friends that had the same exact room they were completely different. Our mattress was about the cheapest mattress you could possibly have and theirs was comfortable. We will never stay here again and I advise others of the same if you don’t want to play Russian roulette with bed quality that keeps you from doing the one thing you came to do in Whistler.

Summit lodge is located at the far end of the village across from the Olympic village. Great restaurants nearby. Only negative were the pillows…very bumpy and flat. I would not return due to poor sleep.

The care and attention of the housekeeping staff was outstanding. The Lodge is perfectly situated for access to shops, dining and transport. The complementary shuttle to the skiing areas was fantastic, a big shout out to the cheery and helpful driver. The kitchenette was a bonus and the ‘log fire’ perfect.
