Cascade Lodge is perfectly situated at the gateway to Whistler Village, with the free local shuttle bus stopping directly in front of the lodge and the ski lifts less than a half-mile walk away. While many make their way to Whistler for the world-class skiing, there's also plenty of fun to be had in warm weather. Visit some of the local lakes, like Alta Lake to the west or Green Lake to the north, where you can picnic, swim, fish, or get out on the water in a canoe, kayak, or boat. For the ultimate thrill, race across the treetops suspended from a zipline with Ziptrek Encounters (home to one of the longest ziplines in North America), just a little over half a mile from your door.
