The bed was comfy, the pillows and the bedding was nice. The bathroom fan just had to be more quiet, but otherwise it was a very nice place and it is very close to the village and just a short walk to the gondola

I would say the room I had for 4 people was very small. Ice Room host ROCKED! So much fun. Loved the fact that you had a choice of sparkling water and water on the floor. Staff were Amazing! The hotel itself was good. Great location!

Generally everything was good. Jacuzzi broken and access to comcast not available. Our room did not have side tables beside the king size bed. The staff were friendly and helpful but were not able to do anything about jacuzzi, comcast or side tables.
