Everything was excellent - the only complaint was it felt like they were quite understaffed at the front and specifically with valet. Sometimes my car would stay parked out front for a very long time, and at one point it was unlocked.

There was only one working elevator in the entire hotel. At the checkout time my husband and my son had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the elevator. It was very frustrating and stressful as I had to wait for them to get down. I'm very disappointed.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre from Oct 2-6. We had a spacious yet cozy feeling 2 bdrm suite that fulfilled all our needs and a wonderful mountain and village view from the huge living room windows. Staff was exceptional and extremely friendly on all our dealings. Parking was abit tight so we chose the valet parking, just a few bucks extra to have someone else deal with the hassle of the underground garage! The location was perfect, on the edge of the village, very convenient and just minutes walking away from all the village eateries. Breakfast was also included at this hotel, and was not available at many others. It was not a huge selection but at least was something we didn't have to pay for! We always felt safe as we were in the village environment. It was my birthday and management left me a delicious bottle of red wine! My husband played golf a few times up at the Fairmont Whistler course, just minutes up the road. The bedding (a travel thing of mine!) was the softest I have ever experienced and also the bathtubs were the BEST for deep soaking baths. I just wish it wasn't so far away from us (Ontario) as I would love to come back again soon! Highly recommend.

Everything was great with the stay. The rooms were really nice and clean with very comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only thing not giving the full 5 stars was the breakfast, it wasn’t that warm, and not very appealing. For the incredible restaurants in Whistler, they need to get some better options for breakfast to compete.

Great location, pleasant stay

Great location. Rooms were a bit worn but well laid out and comfortable. The kitchen was convenient for cold storage of drinks, quick bites or leftovers. We didn't actually cook on this trip but it was nice to have the option. It was nice to have a breakfast buffet in the morning; it was not huge but had just the right amount of things to choose from. The pool was amazing! As were many he massage services onsite. We had an issue when we first arrived but the staff were attentive to our concerns and it was worked out well. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a beautiful view of Whistler Village from our room, and the hotel was wonderful. I loved the room we had. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for everything was flies. Pets are allowed at this hotel. We didn't bring our dogs, but when we arrived there was smeared dog poop on the balcony outside our living room area and it was attracting flies. We had to be careful to close the door to the balcony or flies came in. The next day we asked the front desk if they could send someone to clean it. We stayed 6 nights and in that time no one came to clean the balcony. We were also a little disappointed no one vacuumed during our stay. My husband and I had chips the second night and some crumbs fell to the ground. The whole time we were there no one vacuumed the crumbs up. My husband also had a problem with the breakfast buffet on the second day. When he went to pick up a waffle, a fly flew out. He decided to have fruit and yogurt instead, and fruit flies flew out of the fruit when he scooped it. I continued to eat breakfast there. I thought the hot food was great. My husband refused to eat at the buffet again. When he told the staff about the flies he saw on the food, they left it there for others to eat. The staff was extremely nice, and tried to understand, but I don't think they understood English enough to know what the issues were. I later learned September is fruit fly season in the Pacific Northwest. During other months flies may not be as noticeable.
