Tucked within the peaceful Northern Lights community, this multi-level townhouse offers space to reconnect and unwind just above Whistler Village.

Gather in the lounge beside the open fireplace, surrounded by vaulted ceilings and alpine views. The spacious deck invites you to soak in the private hot tub or grill dinner on the BBQ while admiring the valley below. Indoors, a cozy media room with surround sound sets the scene for relaxing movie nights after long ski days.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, the home features five bedrooms and six beds. The primary suite includes a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite bath with a soaker tub and heated floors. A secondary room offers a king-split bed and private balcony, while another holds a twin bunk bed perfect for kids. Two lower-level bedrooms each include a king-split bed, wardrobe, and ensuite.



Relaxation & recreation

The top floor is devoted to rejuvenation, featuring a steam room, dry sauna, and yoga room with mats and a Bose sound system. It’s the perfect place to stretch or unwind after skiing the nearby trails.



Kitchen & dining

A gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, gas range, and stainless steel appliances makes every meal effortless. The dining table seats eight for shared dinners, and a breakfast bar for three welcomes early risers before heading out to the mountain.

Seasonal ski access

Guests can reach the Lower Olympic run via a seasonal trail ending in the Northern Lights neighborhood. Ski access is typically available from late December through March, or drive just two minutes to Whistler Village for the gondolas.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. Other Things to Note:

• Construction Notice Summer 2025: Please be aware that a nearby property is undergoing a renovation starting in August 2025. During August and September, guests in Northern Lights 45 may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.

• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
