The Space:

Snow settles quietly into the evergreens as you step inside, boots warming on radiant floors and firelight flickering across natural wood finishes. Outside, the forest muffles the world, while inside, wide windows frame winter light drifting across the mountainside. After a day on the slopes, the air feels still and calm - made for unhurried evenings, shared meals, and long soaks under the cold Whistler sky.



The home spans more than 4,000 square feet in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, perched high above the valley with ski-in/ski-out access and entry to a private gondola connecting directly to Creekside Village. From the open-concept living area, vaulted ceilings and expansive windows draw the outdoors in, while a hanging fireplace anchors the space with warmth. Plush seating opens onto the deck, where winter views stretch through the trees and the hot tub waits just beyond.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with generous prep space and everything needed for relaxed, family-style meals. A large dining table seats ten guests comfortably, making it easy to gather after a day on the mountain. Nearby, a separate media lounge with its own fireplace offers a quieter retreat for movie nights or winding down with a book.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. On the main level, the primary suite features a California king bed, a flat-screen TV, and forest views, with an ensuite that includes a soaking tub and steam shower. On the lower level, one bedroom offers a queen bed and TV with a nearby bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each include a double bed with a trundle and share an ensuite bathroom. A fifth bedroom provides another queen bed, TV, and its own ensuite.

There are 4.5 bathrooms in total, including multiple ensuites, allowing space and privacy for groups staying together.



Outdoor living

Step outside to the deck overlooking the slopes or unwind in the hot tub as snow gathers on the surrounding trees. The setting feels secluded and quiet, especially in the evening, when the forest softens every sound.

The home includes air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer, and a dedicated workspace for longer stays. A garage, snow-melt driveway, private entrance, and self check-in with a smart lock make arrivals and departures simple, even in winter conditions. Kadenwood sits approximately 1,000 feet above Whistler’s valley floor, offering a sense of calm while remaining closely connected. The private gondola provides a short ride to Creekside Village for dining, shops, and lift access, with Whistler Village a brief drive away.



Good to know

Ski-in/ski-out access is seasonal and dependent on snowfall. Ski access typically begins in late December and ends in March, and snow conditions can be confirmed before arrival.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Security cameras. Please note that exterior security cameras are installed at the property's front and rear entrances.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
