Hotel was clean. Great location next to Lost Lake and free village shuttle bus right outside. Disappointed that pool and hot tub were closed. Only got a weeks notice and by that time it was too late to relocate. Despite pool being closed, we were still charged $289 “property fee”. Not sure what that was for as there was no housekeeping service during the four days and had to ask at reception for toilet tissue and coffee

Room 320 was fabulous! It was the perfect place to stay for a ski vacation. The kitchen had everything to make meals , the bed was super comfy, the living room with the fireplace was super cozy and the ski decor was very cute.

We felt right at home & so happy to come back each day to comfort, warmth, facilities, everything we needed. It’s a nice contrast being in a such quiet secluded spot after the fun of the resort, with the freedom to come & go with the regular & free number 5 shuttle bus. Lovely hot tub & pool, gym & games room too. Brilliana is a perfect host, always cheerful, friendly and welcoming. Thank you Lost Lake Lodge, we loved our stay.

check in a disaster. they sent you an online check in that glitched and wouldnt allow me to submit my answers. As a result, they don't send you any info on how to check in. Arrived at property to an empty desk and then told to go to another property to check in. After terrible check in experience, rest of stay was better. Nice property, great location, fair price.
