The Space:

Inside, the glow of the indoor fireplace and the sunken living room offer a warm place to unwind after a day in the cold. Evenings stretch into unhurried moments together, with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and the stillness of winter framing your time indoors.
Living spaces are designed for easy gathering, with the main level bringing everyone together around the indoor gas fireplace and large picture windows. A separate media room with a TV creates an additional spot for relaxed downtime or quiet movie nights. Air conditioning, heating, and portable fans provide year-round comfort, while WiFi and a dedicated workspace support longer stays or remote work when needed.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen connects seamlessly to the living area, offering the space and equipment needed to prepare meals at home. A dining table for eight invites shared dinners that linger into the evening, and the breakfast bar adds a more casual place to start the morning before heading out into the cold.
Sleeping arrangements
All four bedrooms are located on the upper level, each with its own TV and individual air conditioning controls. The primary bedroom features a king bed, vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi tub and glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom also includes a king bed, vaulted ceilings, and an ensuite with a glass shower. A third bedroom offers a queen bed, while the fourth is furnished with a twin bunk bed suited for children or additional guests. A shared bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower completes the upper level, and another bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower is located on the main floor.
Outdoor living
Sliding glass doors lead to a covered patio where you can step outside for crisp mountain air between winter adventures. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill are available when weather permits, offering an adaptable space throughout the seasons.

A private entrance and self check-in add convenience, and free parking is available in the garage with additional driveway space. Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the main residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A single-car garage provides parking for one vehicle, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
A tenant resides in the separate basement suite. A quiet long-term tenant lives in the attached basement suite. The garage is partitioned into two sections, with one space reserved for the tenant and one exclusively for guest use. For your privacy, the tenant does not have access to the guest’s side of the garage or the home.
