Very nice

Really nice hotel! It’s very close to the bike park which we loved. The layout with the loft is pretty cool I would say the only downside is it stays pretty warm up in the loft even with the ac on. But overall I liked our stay and would love to stay there again.

when I made the booking, I specifically chose Loft 1 queen bed with sofa, not loft 1 queen bed(two room style with different price)based on the photos provided, I am Architect, so I can clear understand how is floor plan through the photos. the pictures clearly suggested a spacious, open to below layout with a comfortable view from upper floor to the lower floor, However, upon arrival, I was very disappointed to find that the actual area open to below just small triangle shape. I ask for switch room, but front desk tell me all the loft style room not like pictures. please assurance that the photos will be updated to reflect the true condition of the rooms so that future guests are not misled. everything is perfect except this, location is convenient, face to shopping street.

Located in the heart of Whistler village. Overall nice and clean property. Our washroom was bit too small. No cupboard, no microwave and no safe. Maybe they have other better rooms. Parking was another issue, no parking was available at the property, so have to park in a public parking lot which is luckily very close and free between 5pm to 8am. Public parking is very cheap but gets fill up very quickly.

Property was average. Lift was out of order so up and down 3 levels with suitcases wasn't great. Small box air con down stairs which made downstairs freezing but the bedroom loft was boiling. Cieling fan didnt work which may of circulted some hot air down. There was a tower fan upstairs i am guessing due to the vroken cieling fan but it was extremely noisy and just circulated the hot air upstairs . After first night i mentioned the broken fan and heat but seemed to fall on deaf ears. The hallways were blowing hit air out of the air con ducts even over heardthe houskeeping staff talking about it.

the property was clean and safe in a great location. proper signage for parking would have been helpful and mentioning extra cost for parking etc on the booking site would have been helpful as well.
