Sleeping arrangements
Painted Cliff 35 offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms across two levels, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. The upper level features the primary bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, step-out balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub-shower combination. On the main level, the second bedroom includes a king split bed that can be configured as one king or two twins, with access to a full bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom also features a king split bed, along with clothing storage and a TV.
Living space
The open-concept main level is designed for gathering after mountain adventures. Settle into the living room beside the indoor fireplace, or enjoy a quiet movie night together. High-speed Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to balance downtime with remote work if needed.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with stainless steel appliances and generous counter space. A dining table seats six, making it easy to share breakfast before heading out or unwind with dinner after a full day outdoors.
Ski access
Ski access is available when weather permits. A short walk from the complex connects you to Merlin’s Run, offering a simple route toward the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. Access is seasonal and dependent on snow conditions.
Outdoor & shared amenities
A private deck extends from the main level and includes a BBQ and outdoor seating. Guests also have access to a shared hot tub within the complex - an inviting way to relax after winter activities.
Amenities & conveniences
This townhome includes in-unit washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, heating, portable fans, and a private entrance. Secure underground parking for one vehicle is available, along with limited additional guest parking. Self check-in with keypad ensures a smooth arrival.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.

Other Things to Note:
• Stairs. You are required to climb approximately 12 stairs to enter this home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
