Excelkent location but quiet at night which is a great combination. Our gas fire did not work at first but the team fixed it and it was so cosy. Sonja at the front desk was so helpful.

We had a great stay at Alpenglow Lodge! The room was comfortable and the location was perfect. The only downside was the air conditioning—it was a bit too noisy, so we ended up turning it off and opening the window instead, which worked fine. What I really appreciated was how the staff contacted us right away about the items we accidentally left behind after checkout. That kind of thoughtfulness means a lot. Overall, a very good experience!

Excellent Location - North Village. Close walking distance to IGA for shopping and everything else. Quiet self contained accommodations with clean rooms. Staff were friendly. Hallways baseboards still under repairs from two years ago! Really!!! Have had better suites prior to this stay in the Alpenglow. Advertised as a Studio with two Queen Beds and one of them was actually a Murphy bed. Pool area looked a bit unkept.

the room was clean, staff very helpful, the area beautiful. We even had an issue with the room and was dealt within hours. Yes would strongly recommend. The only issue, which is nothing major is why pay for parking.

Great Location, Poor Comfort

The lodge is in a great location, very close to the village and groceries. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped with everything needed, which was a plus. However, the quality of the bedsheets, towels, and even the toilet paper was very poor. One of the shower towels had tears, and the bedsheets were also worn, which raised concerns about the overall quality. For me, it wasn’t a comfortable stay, but if proximity to the village is your priority, the location is excellent.
