"Driving through the area and needed to stay overnight to take the Amtrak Auro train the next day. I wanted to see the property in person and the area prior to booking. Location was safe, located by a lot Of food options. Now don’t expect the Ritz Carlton, this hotel serves its purpose clean, comfy bed, safe, nice people working there. I have to say you can tell they pay attention when cleaning rooms extremely clean but of course normal wear and tear. The noise of doors shutting and loud people yes you will hear but for the price, location, cleanliness and safe that’s all that matters. "

"The listing did not disclose that this is a pet-friendly hotel. The sheets were filthy and smelled strongly of animals. This was especially problematic for someone with allergies. The cleanliness and lack of accurate disclosure made this a very unpleasant stay."

"Every front desk receptionist was kind and helpful. Special shoutout to Kasandra for going above and beyond to make guests happy, comfortable and satisfied. I can tell she is just a light! She deserves a raise if you do that sort of thing!!!!! Read reviews about roaches so I was quite apprehensive and nervous prior to check in but we stayed on the third floor for 6 nights and were more than comfortable. The room was VERY clean and we did not see any bug or critter of any sort while staying. I would reccomend the non smoking top floor to anyone staying. One thing to note is that there were a bit of disturbances during the evening with other guests or dogs barking when they hear a door but wouldnt say it made my experience any less than. Also the shower pressure wasnt amazing and we even had it just dripping out at one point while on full blast but it did not last long. AC/HEAT work almost too good lol but everything down to the cable tv was great. 10/10 would reccomend"

"We arrived after along day of travel and no hot water in the building. They had a company piping in hot water the following day upon check out. Very disappointed. Thin blankets. Room was outside entrance, 4 th floor facing intersection. Noisy cars and when stopped at stoplight exhaust from cars came into room. Breakfast was good. Older but clean. Beds were satisfactory however TV was cheap, channel selection poor and poor quality TV. Would not stay again. Moved our stay to holiday in express. Location however was good for touring and resteraunts options."
