Clean enough, very old, needs renovations very badly. Breakfast not included. Was convenient due to mom’s surgery at hospital down the street. Lucky enough to get a room during wild fires not too far away and evacuees there

A very dated hotel. The pool was under maintenance which would have been nice to know ahead of time. But, we woulsnt have used in anyways since it was in the banquet/buffet area which was kind of weird to us. The room keys also kept demagnetizing so we had to get new keys coded twice.

Really liked how quiet the property is, the only thing that would make it great, not a big thing but having a couple bottles of water in the room for the guests. The bed was comfortable clean and loved the Business Rooms.

At check in, the front desk clerk was rude and condescending. My worst experience checking in ever. This Hotel is not for people with mobility issues. No elevator to second floor, only stairs. The hotel should state this on their website. Check out staff were very friendly

It was an okay stay. Its really gone downhill and needs an upgrade. The beds were okay. Our room was hot. Air conditioner took all night to cool it down . And it stunk. Bed was nice though. Breakfast was okay.

We had breakfast at the restaurant on site and the service and food was good. However, the beds were quite poor and we did not enjoy our sleep, which is an important part of any hotel stay.

Recovery

I booked this for a family member to recover from a surgery and having the pool and sunlight was very much appreciated. They missed the pool side buffet by 30 minutes but what other hotel in Alberta even has a pool side buffet!?
