Very nice place very close to ocean without the ocean prices the people running the place are amazing very hard-working. Definitely make it or go to spot when I’m going to the beach there definitely would recommend to everyone. We had a room with an amazing view looking over the salt pond

Great place for the price, amazing location for the price. If you want upsale and you will be spending a lot of time in the room and need amenities, this is not for you. As a crash pad to be 1 block to the beach, for a family that spends all of their time out and about, it is perfect.

Great for a budget Misquamicut beach crash pad. Can’t beat the price for value to proximity of the beach. Literally walking distance. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room was semi clean, floors were swept , but not mopped. Our feet were black and had to rewash them before putting on our shoes. Room was outdated, no extra pillow, blanket, or ice machine. Very small shower, my husband could not move around to wash himself. Morning light shined brightly through the sheer window curtain. Convenient location, friendly staff.

Always a pleasure to stay at this property!! Quiet,clean,and relaxing area. The only problem is that the TV needs to be updated. Very small,and the audio quality is terrible with static. Still give the property a Big Thumbs Up!!

We have frequently stay at this property in the last 6 months. Each time we have stayed in 3 different rooms. The king with jacuzzi,the 2 double beds,and the king bed room. By far the king with jacuzzi is our favorite!! The location of it is perfect.The rooms that are along the decks have seriously bright lights that attract soooo many bugs! Making it impossible to get in and out of your door without them getting in! The motel does not have black out curtains so these lights (that are not on sensors) shine through the windows. We hung a blanket over them and that was that. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We only go off season due to the crazy crowds during July and August. My suggestion to the owners is to update your TVs, mattresses,ACs,and black out curtains are a must.

If you come here expecting a big 5-star hotel, you will be disappointed. That being said, this is a motel, in a great spot, with affordable rooms. Staff is very nice and the rooms are clean. We've stayed here many times in the summer and off-season. And we will continue to come back.
