We have been staying at this location for many years and loved it. Our stay wasn’t what we expected. Apparently there’s new management and possibly new ownership and with that came a disappointing stay. It doesn’t seem like there’s any care taken to fix and or upgrade any issues that come with an aging facility. The new front desk guy was very pleasant considering the many problems he had to contend with. As usual the staff was the best and tried to do what they could to help.

They close at 4pm which is also the time you have to check in, impossible to get ahold of the people working there I called so many times. First red flag was the immediate smell when entering the room, it smelt old and like it has never been cleaned before. When we pulled down the Murphy bed there were stains on the bed and bed sheet, and the blanket they gave was a thin fleece blanket that looked 20 years old. Walls so thin I heard the drunk people above me all night long stomping and being loud. You get what you pay for certainly. Would come back to westerly but would splurge more for better quality
