I hardly ever find a reason to complain, but the bed was a totall back breaker... Not comfortable by any means. The area and people coming and going to various rooms around us didn't exactly male us feel very safe. And the staff asked us to, or would ask if we were checking out on a daily basis, as if we were being rushed to leave. They even deactivated our key card at 11 am. the day before our actual checkout. I went to the office to rectify the situation, and still he asked me if I was checking out!!! Don't you know when your guests are coming or going??? On a good note, the rooms were clean, the coffee was good, and check-in was a breeze.

A so so place for a not good price

The room was so so. Seemed clean but the floor was not. Felt stuff on my feet when I walked around. The water pressure was not good but it got the job done. The sheets didnt fit right and kept coming off the mattress. And there was no breakfast in the morning. Very disappointed.

So-so

This hotel was OK. Nothing really good or really bad about it. Our air conditioning stopped working. (It was unplugged when we arrived at the room.) We were told that it stopped working because it froze up, as it was not set in the auto mode. We were unaware that it needed to be set in auto mode. The property manager seemed to be upset with us because the AC had frozen. There were no instructions on the AC unit. We were moved to a different room with an operating AC unit.

Could have been better

Very affordable good location place. The room was neat and clean but there were a number of things that were bothersome and truly easy to remedy. For example, charging your phone, tablet or laptop, 3 of the elecrical outlets were not operable. The in room coffee maker had no nearby usable outlet to plug into, it had to be brought over to the single usable outlet between the beds. It was a challenge to get a box or package of tissues, an extra roll of toilet paper or 2 extra bath towels. The front desk did not have such amenities nearby and had to inform a staff member to fulfill the request. What made it unfortunate is the time from communicating the request to the time and completeness of fulfillment was much too long. There were not even soap dishes on the bathroom vanity or bath/shower. These are all nit-picky things, minor things can be easily fixed and move this property up in the rankings considerably.

Very over priced for what we paid for ONE night. Shower didnt work, ac didnt work, bathroom was disgusting and not cleaned. The entire room is outdated. Needs updated pillows, blankets. The people outside were beyond loud until atleast 12am. It was a hangout spot for bikers in and out of the parking lot. The pool area was like a sauna. Way too hot where we couldnt even enjoy it with our two kids for more than 10 minutes. I wish their was a way to get a refund. We arrived at 4pm and couldnt wait to leave at 8am when we first woke up. Recieved a message at like 9pm that complimentary breakfast was no longer available. Such a joke.
