The room was a nice size & you could tell they upgraded. There was an odd smell that disappeared after I cleaned but oddly reappeared (maybe something in the floors or bedding?) My freezer was disgusting but I alerted the front desk & he immediately switched out my fridge. The bed was very comfortable/AC was great & staff were friendly/accommodating. Whatever upgrading they did was good. I think if they continue to upgrade this motel could compete with surrounding hotels/motels. I enjoyed my stay & would recommend to others.

The motel met our expectations, especially considering its affordable price. One of its biggest advantages is the excellent location, along with a large, free, and secure parking lot. The room was spacious and had a private exterior entrance. However, the décor looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1980s. It included everything we needed—a comfortable bed, table, dresser, refrigerator, and microwave—but the worn, inexpensive carpeting made the room feel somewhat dated. Fortunately, both the room and the bathroom were very clean. The only oversight was a microwave that had not been cleaned and still had dried sauce stains inside. Aside from that, the overall cleanliness significantly improved our impression of the motel. AC very loud but worked well. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Property was a bit gloomy, it served its purpose I guess. Coffee machine in room needs cleaning and should be replaced daily, along with amenities in bathroom. Walls are very thin, you can hear every conversation and air conditioner is very noisy.

A good place to sleep

Very centrally located, Hyannis Host is a great place to sleep for the night. Plenty of parking, clean rooms, near to everything. It only lacks a pool.
