Available for a 3-4 month lease for Winter, Starting Dec 23, 2023 - April 23, 2024. No smoking, no pets. Ample parking available on property. Heat is water base board, oil heat which is not included in rent. Electricity, water, snow plowing, house cleaning, Wi-fi, Direct TV/ Streaming access included in rent fees. Security Deposit is one month's rent.
