The room and property were clean. The pool was nice and the BBQ chicken flatbread was delicious. We stayed one night on a longer trip but would definitely return to spend more time in the area.

This was an amazing property in an absolutely delightful location. The Berkshires are beautiful and well worth a visit. This property exceeded my expectations with how well maintained everything was and what there was to offer. The suite I had was spacious and I especially enjoyed having a balcony with a view of the woods. Wonderful location, would highly recommend!

Rooms are large, beds are comfortable, everything clean. Plenty to do on the property and beautiful nearby towns to visit. Style and amenities are a bit dated, but that hardly matters, considering the value. Ideal for families.

Mini golf was amazing, as was having access to shuffleboard, cornhole and more. And the arcade was great, too, we went back many times! Room was clean and nice with it's own balcony and the resort was calm and quiet.

We stayed in a grand villa with a full kitchen, two bedrooms/baths and living room. It was comfortable, had a cute balcony area to sit outside. There were several pools to choose from and lovely amenities. Conveniently located near Tanglewood, Lennox, and Stockbridge. Plan to come back again!

Always love going to Oak n Spruce. The 2 bedroom delux with 2 king beds and near the small pool is the best. It's quiet and so relaxing. Love going to the gym and game room. So convenient to Lee Premium Outlets on rainy days.

This is a well maintained property. Very family friendly lots of kids and indoor outdoor pools, mini golf, arcade, saunas. We stayed in a 2 story townhouse with 2 full bathrooms living room upstairs bedroom and full bath with jacuzzi. Kitchen is very clean and supplied with all you need. And the backyard is all the Berkshire’s have to provide. Wonderful. We stayed 2 nights.

The condo unit was a pleasant surprise for a weekend away. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed one if the onsite pools. Unfortunately, when we returned in the evening to swim inside, a group of 4 people ( yes, only 4) had rudely taken over the space and were so loud, that we left. We would definitely return for another stay.
