The hotel seemed older but clean. Some minor cosmetic issues only. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lacking variety of hot items. Just eggs, sausage, an eggless sandwich, and pancakes (cold and dry). Didn’t do much in the area. Was in town for the VA hospital. I would stay there again.

The room was good and staff was great I stayed there before but the this because of no Tv no internet no television make stay worse ever . Was not prior to check in about these conditions so could go another hotel . But had after check and went room find nothing was available. What made things wost after two day not had change with apology. No was avaialbe offer me any help on at least compensation . Or refund as point want work for me .

My brothers and I take a trip back home to West Palm Beach every year in honor of my Father's passing. This time we decided to stay at the Residence Inn Marriott! Worst decision ever. Upon checking in we were accused by Housekeeping staff for Smoking in our rooms. Why hadn't even put our things down yet. I offered to have her come in and inspect, however she refused. Later that night one of my siblings made an attempt to get some rest, but right before laying down, he discovered a condom on the mattress where he was about to lay down at. Not to mention blood stains were all over the sheets in the other bed. When the front desk was made aware of the issue they stated they would come and replace the mattress, But never came, my brother had to sleep on the floor due to the hotel being full. We will never return to this place again. It was a horrible experience, and a bit distasteful to be considered a Marriott chained Hotel! More like a Motel 6! Don't waste your money people!
