You get the full run of a private main house plus a separate detached guest suite — perfect for extended family or friends who value their own space. Self-check-in via keypad lets you arrive on your schedule, anytime from 4 PM onwards. Enjoy thoughtful touches throughout, including custom concrete kitchen counters, a spa-style rainfall shower, plush bedding, blackout curtains, Smart TVs, books, and streaming entertainment. Exterior security cameras provide added peace of mind.

The Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The main house features three bedrooms, with sleeping arrangements for up to 7 guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the second has a sofa bed, and the third has a single bed. Each room includes plush linens, blackout curtains, ample storage, and a Smart TV. The main bathroom features a glass-enclosed rainfall shower and double vanity.

The detached guest suite offers two single beds, a private kitchen area, a full bathroom, and its own entrance — ideal for guests seeking extra independence and privacy.

Traveling with children? A crib, high chair, toys, and other family essentials are provided. Up to two dogs weighing 45 lbs or less are welcome with prior approval. Pet fees range from $75–$300 per pet, depending on the length of stay. Pets must stay off furniture and cannot be left unattended.

• The pool is included as a standard amenity.
• Pool heating is NOT included in the reservation and is considered an optional add-on service.
• Pool heating fee: $25 per day.
• Advance notice is required (at least the night before check-in).
• The heater typically takes 24–30 hours to warm the pool.

Lost & Found Policy:
Please double-check the property before checkout to ensure you have all of your belongings. While we are not responsible for items left behind, we will do our best to assist with locating and returning found items when possible.
Guests are responsible for arranging and covering all shipping or pickup costs. Priority assistance is given to essential items such as passports, IDs, wallets, keys, medications, phones, laptops, and other valuable electronics.
Found items may be held for up to 14 days, subject to storage availability. Unclaimed items may be donated or discarded after this period. Please note that we cannot guarantee the recovery or return of lost items.

Outdoor security camera(s) are present on the property. The cameras are not actively monitored on a daily basis, but footage may be reviewed when necessary for safety, security, incident investigation, or house-rule enforcement.
