The first floor den converts to a third bedroom, includes a queen bed with a single trundle, and attached full bathroom.

Good to Know Before You Book:

Pet Policy:
This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.

Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.

House Rules:
Thanks for treating this home like your own – no parties, events, or receptions are allowed. Smoking is not permitted at this property.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same day reservations made for this property are on request only.

Pool Heat (Optional):
The pool is not heated by default, but pool heating is available for $20/day + tax, with a 3-night minimum. Let us know after booking if you'd like to add this on. Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival to ensure activation.
