This place is not for travelers, it’s a living place, I guess for people who have no place to stay. It’s an extended stay. It’s old, run down, in need of a serious renovation. People hanging out in the parking lots, dogs barking. One small elevator. Doors barely open and close. We left, we could not stay there in those conditions. It’s really disgusting. We left and went to another hotel and we did ask for a refund, that has to come through Expedia, being third party.

Worst stay ever. If it wasn’t so late and if I wasn’t so tired I would’ve left. Walked into the room to find a deodorizer running and realized what it was for shortly afterwards when I started to smell cat piss. The bathroom was dirty and the bed was hard as a rock. I would never recommend or would I ever stay at another extended stay again.

We go to the hotel and the front desk couch grabbed our attention for being so dirty but when we opened the room door the it smelled like cat pee a very strong odor that we couldn’t even enter the room. We asked for a new room but the second room was better but they were during construction in the wall and it didn’t look clean either. The lady at the front desk apologized and she agreed with us about everything and canceled the reservation and said she would reimburse the money to my credit card. Unfortunately I haven’t being reimbursed yet and instead I have being charged twice. Can you please reach out to the hotel and ask for a full reimbursement? Thank you

walked into the smell of mold/mildew in the room. due to allergies and risks, we could not stay the night at this facility. we spent less than 5 minutes in the room. after leaving, we contacted the property for a refund, and it was denied due to their cancellation policy. The front desk attendant, however, was very kind and understanding.

The room and so called complementary breakfast were hrossly misrepesented The pull out sleeper sofa was broken and had dirty mattress not fit for a dog. There no linens for the sleeper sofa. We had to go to the front desk for them. The shower was badly stained and hopefully clean. Fromt desk staff had to be summoned by a bell on the counter and made it clear it was a bother to ask for hotel information and help. Terrible experience.

The room had a smell to it but it was clean maybe they need to have some air freshener plugins but overall my stay was good
