Other Things to Note:

A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable. The apartment was clean and fresh , very conveniently located, I couldn’t see anything close enough to walk to, (convenience stores etc) but everything is a quick 4-8 minutes drive. I have never been in a VRBO where the host provided so many extras, from hair elastics ( i don’t use those) a steamer in both bedrooms, dental floss sticks, extra towels, beach furniture and umbrellas etc. The decor was clean and modern and the natural light coming in the apartment is great. The apartment is also very quiet which is a plus, a fully equipped kitchen is also provided.
