Never let your pet pee on the fake grass, on the white gravel is fine, they are not allowed on the couch or bed $100 if this is not followed
-NO SMOKING ALLOWED, $250 fee will be charged for smoke odor.
the exhaust vent must be on all the time till your food is ready $250 fee for food odor, dishes must be washed, $100 fee if not followed.

Host was really well. Quick responses to any questions I had. Things were in different spots then stated in the instructions but he was quick to tell me where things could possibly be if they were moved. Place was great and as described! Only thing I have to "complain" about it neighbors do blast music randomly starting around 11am and it doesn't stop until 4pm then picks back up around 8 till whenever. Besides that I would definitely stay here again. It was a nice stay to me.

The place itself was adorable, and the neighborhood in one direction felt nice and normal. However, the opposite direction was clearly not as safe, and the property is very close to a major bus station. As a single female who would be out late walking a small dog, I didn’t feel comfortable with the location.
