They lied at check-in that we booked a queen double room, when we actually booked a king; it would have been easier to deal with if they said we’ve over booked! We have the itinerary that we booked a king! Then in the morning — they had no regular coffee! Booker be weary— have your receipt in paper!

We asked for two rooms. My son’s room toilet seat was not connected and was extremely dangerous. There’s no safety bars in the showers. There’s no towel racks. The property is extremely dated, but was clean. The staff was nice, but when I asked for maintenance to fix the toilet seat, no one came. I’m very disappointed in La Quinta and will not be staying at any La Quinta in the future. This is the third time I’ve tried in La Quinta property and have had similar disappointments.

It took about 30 minutes before you could flush the toilet again. The pillows were horrible. There was no hairdryer. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. I guess that explains the price. Positive side, at least it was pet friendly.

The bathroom was filthy when we got there. They recleaned it upon request, but we still felt uncomfortable using the shower. The front desk staff were not personable at all.

As soon as we opened the room, it smelt of really strong cigarette. The room was also dark. The front desk was not really helpful when we complained about the smell of the room. The airconditioning also played up and took a while to cool the room.
