On our first night at the hotel, we were woken up at midnight to a bunch of loud noises outside our window. My partner checked and realized there was someone working outside of the restaurant. Then that person started a motorized pressure washer and proceeded to power wash grates for hours in the middle of the night. My partner called down to the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do and upon checking out, we were told that nothing could be done. We were offered free breakfast as compensation but breakfast was over by that point so we got some leftovers. We weren't even warned about the noise even though the hotel was fully aware it was happening. Super unhappy with our stay here. The only highlight was a lovely employee at the restaurant.

It was still being renovated so there was no fridge or microwave in the rooms yet, no ice machines either. Just a communal fridge, microwave and prepackaged ice bags in the freezer. Not a huge issue but I would have preferred those amenities and would have liked to know a head of time if they weren’t going to be available.
