"Check-in was smooth but a tad impersonal. When I checked into the room there were a few issues like wet bath robes and used toiletries but they were rectified immediately and the staff manager stopped by to apologize in-person. The hotel has a complementary service of drop-off around the BKC area which was very helpful for my consulate visit. The staff in were extremely courteous and helpful. Everybody - cleaning staff, front desk, concierge, bell desk, business center. Maybe including breakfast in the stay would make this property that much more of a sell but other than that in terms of service and hospitality this is exactly how a 5-star should be. "
