"This place is in a very bad neighborhood and I am from the projects and doesn’t bother me as much but the place is a complete dump and not safe. The place looks like someone lives there but leaves when it is rented out. A window was broken into along with a back door off of the laundry room where the broken window was located. See pictures. This place is not safe and it was very dirty. Rating is not a 10. It shouldn’t even be allowed to be rented. Not in hunting or fishing area"
