My husband and i have stayed at this hotel several times every time we come to town to visit family. The room was regular, bed comfy. The hotel rep was so very friendly, helpful and patient. The hotel key issuing machine did not work, so because of that, the Hotel rep had to open the room door each and every time every guests arrive back to their room. Wheewwwww. That part was crazy. I give her props.

Clean Room, and the staff was pleasant. When looking for hotel it did say Full Breakfast instead of Continental Breakfast, but it wasn't a full breakfast as I call it.

We booked this room by default because other hotels in the Clarksdale, MS area were sold out, but we were very satisfied. The front desk staff were very nice, and happily gave us a late check out. Limited dining options (mostly fast food), but there was a little bakery a half mile down the road that was a great breakfast choice.

We travel a lot, and try to get the best for the price. Quality Inn in West Helena did not meet our expectations. We had to move rooms because the light in the bathroom did not work. The pool was unsightly and out of order during the summer. The gym was out of order. There was no hot food option besides a waffle machine.
