Comfy and cozy lower unit of a chalet with 2.5 bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen & Dining, living room, foosball table, patio with seasonal salt water outdoor pool, all season electrical 6 person hot tub, BBQ, and patio furniture, on a beautiful well located 50 acre forested property with trails, pond, and river, badminton/volleyball grass field, basketball court. Two lakes close by (5 minutes drive), beaver valley ski hill in 15 minutes, close to many adventure of Grey County.
There's a private patio. A kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
